What is Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. The main advantage of pre-ordering is to ensure that you secure a highly anticipated items before they hit the shelves. This is particularly beneficial for limited edition items, exclusive releases, or products expected to sell out quickly upon release.

Customers pay for the reservation first, and the items are sent to the United States and sold afterward. Generally, Hi7 will pre-order more in stock for most items, but pre-order as soon as possible is strongly recommended; otherwise, the product may sell out. The pricing at the pre-order stage is often the lowest.

Why should I Pre-Order?

1. Guaranteed Availability: By pre-ordering, buyers can assure that they receive the product as soon as it is available, which is especially crucial for highly anticipated products or limited editions that may sell out fast.
2. Special Offers: To encourage pre-orders, incentives or discounts may be provided. These may feature unique content, special pricing, or additional stuff that is not available to customers who purchase after the official release.
3. Early Access: In some situations, pre-ordering offer early access to a product before the general public.
4. Convenience: Pre-ordering allows consumers to schedule their purchases in advance, giving an easy way to receive new releases without worrying about stock shortages.

Why my order does not ship after Estimated Shipping Date (ESD)?

The projected delivery date is unpredictable due to a variety of reasons, but we will attempt to estimate one for reference.

Factory production delays, travel delays, importing customs clearance traffic, and so on can all cause delivery delays. Our estimate is based on the factory's expected production date, plus the normal shipping, inspection, and clearance time. If your product faces an unusual condition, we will notify you via email. If you do not receive a special notice, it signifies that manufacture and shipment of the goods are proceeding as usual.

Can Pre-Order be Cancelled?

Unfortunately, pre-orders cannot be cancelled, and the entire pre-order price is likewise non-refundable, although the shipping charge is refundable. When we receive your order, we promptly place an order with the product's copyright owner or manufacturer. Once we place an order, the owner or manufacturer will not enable us to cancel it.

If you are in a particular circumstance or have financial difficulties, please contact our support staff to seek a cancellation. We care deeply about our clients, but we will make the ultimate choice based on your present position and product facts. When your reservation cancellation application is granted, we can reimburse up to 40%-60% of the amount you paid.

How does Pre-Order work?

1. Customer paid the full amount for the pre-order item.
2. Receive a confirmation email from us on the item you reserved. The expected shipment date will be displayed on both the pre-order item page and the confirmation email.
3. Wait for the shipment day. (We'll dispatch the item as soon as we have it).
4. The item was sent. (You will receive a notice email after we have sent the item.)
5. Receive and enjoy!
