*IMPORTANT* : Please make sure your name and shipping address(complete with apt/suite/building# if applicable) is correct and complete prior to checkout.
Packages that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete address including missing apt # are subject to additional re-shipping fee.
If you need to change any information about your order, Contact Us to change them for you, please remember to include your order number.
Pre-Order Policy
1. PRE-ORDERS have NO cancellation/refund policy; once a pre-order is placed on our website, we will forward the order to the overseas manufacturer.
2. The estimated shipping date for pre-orders may change if the manufacturer, carriers, or customs offices experience a delay. Thank you so much for your patience!
3. On the item page, you may see the Estimated Shipping Date (ESD). The ESD is only an estimate based on the manufacturing time and worldwide logistics timetable supplied by the copyrighter/manufacturer.
4. PRE-ORDERS goods are frequently highly restricted in availability. In the event that an item is discontinued or no longer available by the copyrighter/manufacturer, we will cancel and return the whole amount to the original purchase.

Orders will be sent in a SINGLE, COMPLETE shipment once all products on the order become available. Pre-orders and in-stock products should be made in separate orders if you wish to get some of the items sooner.
Order Processing Time
Shipment date does not include processing time.
Processing time for in-stock items generally takes 3-8 business days depending on stock and during high demand periods it could take up to 8-14 days.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or confiscated packages by the shipping carriers and will not refund orders in these cases, we will, however, help you to file a claim to the carrier company.
Packages that are returned because they were refused, unclaimed, or unpaid in custom duties (for international orders) are subject to additional RE-shipping fees.
